Contact dermatitis

What is the probable diagnosis and treatment? Chief Complaints 40 years old male. Theses lesions erupted 2 years ago. C/C - Itching. Repeated hand washing needed due to his profession.

? Contact dermatitis with  secondary bacterial or fungal infection Most important first step is to minimize exposure to water and chemical if any,  by wearing protective Housewife gloves while working. Treat with oral anti fungal like ZOCON with local anti fungal (without local steroid) Follow up and start oral antibiotic whenever indicated. Thanks for reading my view.
