Fever/ any infection, systemic or local can produce head ache. Tonsillitis with fever can produce head ache. Just mentioed head ache ,no details regarding head ache is available. H/ o of traumatic head injury 1 month ago, probably trivial trauma and nothing to do with the present problem. CT brain looks normal. Treat tonsillitis with appropriate antibiotic. Do basic blood work up including CRP .
