Acanthosis Nigricans is a clinical marker of Insulin Resistance, most commonly seen in obese T2 Diabetics. This presents as a velvety pigmented overgrowth of epidermis on the nape of neck and the axillae. My Question : What is the possible pathogenesis behind Acanthosis Nigricans ?
