What is the treatment of recurring typhoid fever

22 Year old male having rashes and fever since 5 days. Spot the diagnosis.

30year old male having severe burning urination 5 days before and next days urine not pass than cather insert ,than next days pt having swelling on testis than cather remove now pt pass urine well but last days pt having high grade fever with severing. 8/7/2017 on rx tab nitrofuranation 100mg bd tab ofloxacin 400mg bd cap omeprazole 20mg od tab meftal forte sos. urine culture-no growth other report attached suggest rx.

younge female pt has hair loss and itching 1 month back . there was typhoid fever asso.,with it. is it due to malnutrition ?at present new hair growing without any treatement .

parents notice this tongue colure 1 wk ago . no any other complain .h/o taking some medicine for fever and diarrhea 1 wk ago . diagnosis pls

18y/M having on-off high grade fever with chills and rigors..pain in abdomen and chest(non-cardiac origin) yellowish discoloration of sclera and B/L pedal edema since 15 days. pt experiences pain even during auscultation of chest which revealed no cardiac abnormality but crackles+crepts heard over rt basal lung zones... on admission vitals were T-101°F P-120/min R-30/min BP-90systolic (initially no diastolic BP was perceived...but after 3 days in M-ICU NO was 90/40) SpO2-90%on RA and 96% on O2 @ 4L/min Pt is basically from bihar
