What is this.
8 month pregnant lady. Lesions on hands with whitish watery discharge. Stiffness in hand. Now lesion started on the neck. Extreamly itchy and painfu lesions as seen in the pic. Can it be pemphigoid gestationis? She has been given oral clindamycin bd as well as topical and chymoral forte tds. Please help with dx and rx.

Hand lesion Scabies should be considered and excluded Neck lesion seems to be lichen simplex chronicus, / ACD
