23years, male, suffering from 5 days. Chief Complaints Tenderness, inflammation and swelling on chest. No any other complain. Physical Examination One type of abscess, redness, tenderness, no fever, slightly pus form another abscess. Diagnosis Please suggest treatment and management of this patient.
Furunculosis with cellulitis Clean and shave the area Apply fucibact oint twice daily Orally antibiotics Antiinflamatory
Folliculitis or frunculosis Tab moxikind Cv 625 bd Tab Chymoral forte bd Fucibact application locally
