Looks like ecchymotic lesions due to scratching . Go for pruritis control medication in combination with antibiotics to prevent secondary infection Moreover if such lesions are there on underbelly and inside thighs then it could problem turn up to be E canis as suggested by Dr Ranjit

Seems to Fungal infection,on ventral side of Ear of Dog, Itraconzol and local cream of Itraconzol,
May be a case of flea bite injuries,anti flea spray or spot on can be used.
