15 month old child presented with this type of pustular lesion on and off from past 1 month over scalp and neck region.itching present.No H/o fever.

this boy came in my opd with c/o fever with pain and swelling aroun lips since 2 days but the lession starts from 15-20days with itching and mild pain while opening of mouth

### 45 years old man came to OPD with such erythematous skin lesion over his chest since 3 days. There's no itching. There's pain. Even pain occurs on contact with shirt which he's wearing. There's are some pustules present. Patient is not febrile. What's the diagnosis and treatment ???
