Photo sensitivity Malignant melanoma. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Avoid exposure to sunlight.

A black colored macule with short history of 2 months - malignant melanoma needs to be ruled out .Do surgical excision under L.A with adequate margin and send for histopathology

Malignant melanoma in auricle..very very rare

It could be photo dermatitis..some local ointment could be applied ...and wait for 6-8wk..excision biopsy only if it is enlarging ..again photo posting is poor quality..we have no choice to compare with other side ear.surrounding skin looks erythamatous...don't know its mild sunburn or Norma skin texture

Malignant melanoma of Ear accounts for 7- 13 % of all cutaneous Malignant melanomas of head and neck area So - most likely it is melanoma

Sunlight allergy or Photo sensitivity.. Check Vit-D3 level. Sunscreen....Alovera gel.. Very less chances of Melignent Melanoma....

Agree with Dr. Parveen Yograj New onset pigmented lesion Suggest to do excision biopsy and send it for histopathology

Common mole , Need to observe ,since there is history of sun burns
