What is this radiolucency?

Chief Complaint 54 y/o male presents with pain and swelling over the left mandible. History Patient has h/o chewing tobacco & alcohol abuse. Examination An extra-oral examination shows swelling in the posterior 3rd quadrant & pain along with numbness in the left lip and chin. Investigations OPG shows an expansile radiolucency. Diagnosis What is the diagnosis? Treatment Advice management.

FNAC and CT to reach the diagnosis.Numbness is because the cyst/lesion is invading the mandibular canal Diffrential diagnosis:- OKC Ameloblastoma Cyst of mandible Radicular cyst Rx:- Enucleation or marsupilization as per the diagnosis
