Boy of age 10 year having some localized group of papular that on itching spread to all over body Duration 15 days Suggest diagnosis

A female patient aged 40 yrs came with a complaint of white patches over the hands nd neck area diagnosed as vettligo Trt given - local application of tacroz forte ointment night once Melanocyl twice in a week with exposure of 1 to 3 mins after application Tab B complex forte OD Shows some improvement in first 2 days thereafter there ll be a erythematous reaction over the affected area thn stopped melanocyl . after tht there s reaction fr tacroz too by blebs formation over the area with severe burning sensation Wht ll be the probable cause for reaction please advise treatment Is it a wrong diagnosis Please do opine 😊
