DX and RX and treatment

main complaint- lacrimation, irritation, gradually loss of vision since 5yrs. respected doctor's plz tell me diagnosis.

what are all probable diagnosis and the treatment of the case. child have visual impairment and pain? Source internet

55yrs old woman.... had a foreign body insertion in her R-eye.... there is inflammation wth? slough...in cornea n very close to pupil... pt also having pain /burning /irritation... pt treated at several places Bt no satisfactory improvements... kindly suggest Rx

68 years old physically disabled male, c/o painful skin rash with swelling around eye since last two days. no h/o DM/ HTN.

15 yrs/m , c/o swelling since birth . no rx is done so far. vn is 6/9 with spectacles. fundus is normal . swelling was small in childhood ,but is bigger now. There is superficial nebular opacification on cornea at the site corresponding to the swelling. dx & rx ?. thanks.
