55yrs old woman.... had a foreign body insertion in her R-eye.... there is inflammation wth? slough...in cornea n very close to pupil... pt also having pain /burning /irritation... pt treated at several places Bt no satisfactory improvements... kindly suggest Rx

15 yrs/m , c/o swelling since birth . no rx is done so far. vn is 6/9 with spectacles. fundus is normal . swelling was small in childhood ,but is bigger now. There is superficial nebular opacification on cornea at the site corresponding to the swelling. dx & rx ?. thanks.
