Dusta brana/ Trophic ulcer

Trophic ulcer of foot (this small) are best treated by cleaning and curetting the area of debris followed by complete bed rest with use of offloading footwear(customised) or simply a plaster cast for 15days to 1 month. Basically pressure offloading and immobilaisation is key

Need some back history & any tt for diagnosis? Rule out Hansen's & Diabetic trophic ulcer? Planter CORN?? Blood sugar Sensitivity test.

Diabetic?
