What's the effective treatment of vomiting and diarrhea due to cold exposure in infants

only 3 days history .2yrs old girl with this much swelling, no h/o fever, vomiting, trauma, common cold or running nose... what should be the DD.

Female h/o cough with Expectorant with wt. loss and loss of appetite Beathlessness Fever Bodyache on off last 2 month investigation :- TB PCR -ve Sputum for AFB -ve montox mildly +ve ESR 17 yr. Please Don't give Any Antibiotics without any final Diagnosis Thanks
