What's this condition?

A 65 year's male....non Diabatic ..has started a lesion by scratch due to itching....1 week ago ..and devloped to this...plz spot and diagnose....

22/m came with problem as shown below. Has this rashes for last 10 years. Itching , wound with serous discharge and foul smelling (on and off). No other specific medical disorder present. Well build , obese (95kg and 174 cm ht).pls help me to diagnose and treat .

52yrs/f , c/o skin lesions on both legs since 6 to 7 yrs . Occasional itching is present . Dark black spots as can be seen in the pictures r present . Similar lesions r also present on forearm skin . White spot on leg skin has developed recently . There's is no h/o diabetes or hypertension . Please guide , thanks .
