CELLULITIS?
This could be cellulitis, DVT or Arterial thrombosis. Another dd is dermatitis. Urgently rule out venous/ arterial cause. Take proper history. Advice a d-dimer test. Get a doppler study of the arterial and venous systems. Can also get a CK and myoglobin in urine. Start pt on antibiotics. Give updates.

22/m came with problem as shown below. Has this rashes for last 10 years. Itching , wound with serous discharge and foul smelling (on and off). No other specific medical disorder present. Well build , obese (95kg and 174 cm ht).pls help me to diagnose and treat .

52yrs/f , c/o skin lesions on both legs since 6 to 7 yrs . Occasional itching is present . Dark black spots as can be seen in the pictures r present . Similar lesions r also present on forearm skin . White spot on leg skin has developed recently . There's is no h/o diabetes or hypertension . Please guide , thanks .
