Gross pleural effusion Lt side hydrothorax Homogeneous lt side hemithorax opacity noted Illdefined hazy rt coastal chest suggest pleural effusion Hydrothorax lt side with pleural effusion rt side Adv icd on lt side and send for analysis
Rr basal lobulated opacity seen. Tracheal deviation towards left. Left opaque hemithorax with mediastinal pull towards ipsilateral side. Possibly intrabroncheal obstruction. Adv bronchoscopy, sos biopsy HPE to rule out malignancy.

Opaque left hemithorax ,except left apex, without significant mediastinal shift Massive left sided pleural effusion with collapse of underlying lung. Suggest CT chest, pleural aspirate analysis for AFB and CBNATT and cytology.
SUGGESTIVE. OF LT... COLLAPSE PLEURAL EFFUSION NEEDS. FURTHER EVALUATION.
