To brief Look for these features in OSA/Snoring patients -All posterior teeth grinded/worn out -Flat cusps....loss of key of occlusion -Loss of OVD -Anterior deep bite -Scalloped tongue -Hyoid mandible distance With these gross features the mandible shifts back as the Pharyngial muscles are attached to the mandible....loosing tonicity aswell. Correct positioning of the mandible,... the available repositioning techniques are -Mandibular advancement device -Full mouth rehabilitation -MMA surgically. Here is a case presentation done 13 months back little more than a year. 70yrs old man with severe snoring and early OSA referred by senior ENT surgeon to me. After full mouth rehabilitation his snoring has totally come down by 90% as per polysomnography. Pt is happy as well as their family members who had to bear with his snoring. I have patients written consent to present this case fully being aware that he may be recognised once on Social platform
