50year old woman comes with c/o fever and swelling lower legs no h/o cough chet pain dysponea.but tiredness .past h/o ! dengue fever six months back not confirmed. now ecg and lab reports are attached with photo of legs temp 100.2f bp 130/90 pulse 76/pm regular mild dryness of mouth or dehydration+ your poinion.

11 yrs girl was brought to ED with complain of respiratory distress aggravated since 2 days associated with stridor. white patches in oral cavity including epiglottis. cough with sputum and breathing difficulty for last 6 months. parents not aware of dpt vaccine. on arival febrile, tachycardia, tachypnea, decrease voice tone , not able to drink water. after admission while coughing the picture attached came through mouth. TC was 36000, decreases on 2nd day. usg w/a wnl, CT scan brain wnl. sputum gram stain negative, fungal stain negative, cs negative. throat swàb Albert stain neagtive. other throat swàb lab all negative.rest attached below. please interpret the CT thorax and diagnose and treatment.
