50 year old female with swelling of both upper eye lids for 10 days with redness,no h/o pain/conjunctivitis/pedal edema, /allergy/drug intake/BP normal pic attached please give diagnosis and treatment

1 1/2 yrs ,MCH,s sugarcane's cutter by occupation,noticed swelling increased over daytime since 8 days hands ,wrist ,foot,ankle ,legs lethargic @Dr. Pruthviraj Pruthviraj

12/F fever -15 days cough with expectoration-15 days swelling all over the body. . started from the orbital area then progress to all over the body o/e. . B/l Ronchi+nt x-ray chest is attached what is the next evaluation to do? please opine
