Mr.X. was found with swelling of left side of neck on the angle of mandible extending above ,below and anterior and posteriorly by three finger breadth on all side. Swelling was there for one month .No fever. mild pain was presented. Diabetic on oral drugs. carries tooth found extracted. Biopsy inflammatory in origin. tooth extraction and antibiotics and sugar control cleared the neck swelling. Discuss the all possible pathology .

An 82-year old male presented with a two-year history of a slowly enlarging lesion on the right lateral border of tongue. The lesion is well demarcated with a rolled border. It is pink in color and has a smooth white patch to its posterior. Size is 1.3 x 1.8 cm. It is sore but not painful.
