White vaginal lesions

A 28-year-old female presented with white vaginal lesions. On physical examination thick, white plaques involving the genitalia present predominantly on the vulvar mucosa. What is the diagnosis for this case and please discuss treatment also.

Fungal infection Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan. TILL reports complied. Antifungal orally and locally. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Antihistamine orally if itching. Wash area thoroughly with diluted betadine lotion and keto soap 3to 4 times daily.

Fungal infection oc Vagina.. Yeast vulvovaginitis is an extremely common gynecological problem affecting most women at some time (1). In Canada topical agents, either the polyene nystatin or an azole such as clotrimazole, are largely used in treatment.

- Candidiasis - Antifungal orally + Locally with steroid - get Blood sugar checked - Antihistaminic for itching

Typically candidiasis fungal infection . Fluconazole 150mg biweekly for 2to 4weeks Cetrizine 1 bd Clotrimazole vaginal tabs locally Ointment miconazole externally

Candidal vulvovaginitis.rule out DM.treat with oral and topical antifungal medication.

Vaginal Candidiasis Cap.Doxt b d for 14 day's Cap.itraconazol o.d for 3 days Tab.metro b.d. for 14 days wth symptomatic treatment

It's candidasis. Candid vaginal pessaries and cadid cream for LA. T Itraz 100 mg oD for 10 days. Local hygiene.check sugar.
