Why depin group of hypertion drugs causing edima

Hello doctors, My aunty, 50 years old. C/o burning sensation over scalp area since last 9 years. Earlier it was mild and on-off problem but since last 3 years she is having it continuously. Burning sensation is increased more after taking food. K/C/O - hypothyroidism since 4 years (on regular treatment) Other complaints- loss of balance sometimes, pitting pedal edema, hair fall, abdominal discomfort, Treated multiple times with multivitamin, antacids, pain killers and anti-depressant, ayurvedic treatment also. But no positive result. She is much more nervous now. Kindly help me.

40 year old male, no h/o comorbidities, presented with pain and swelling of the right foot. No h/o trauma, fall. On examination has local rise of temperature, pitting pedal oedema and tenderness. Ankle joint movements are normal. Dx and Rx please.
