49y/m pt op compound severe poisoning (quinalphos) -yesterday afternoon know hypertensive pt on ventilator- simv,atropine, pam, antibiotics creatinine was elevated pulse 160bpm, BP(240/130) was controlled with nitro glycerine not controlling with lasix he got seizures 6-8episodes and diazepam given now pulse 120,BP 130/90 kindly share your advices

60year old Man Collapsed at Farm at midnight brought at Hospital after 10 hours due to hidden Rural area.Presented with BP 130/80 mmhg,HR 96/min.RR:18/min.RBS:119mg/dl,RS: No Ronchi No Crepitation.Pt was not able to open his eyes and left upper limb absence of movement with left lower limb muscle power less then 3.Right upper and lower limb in active Form.Foly's in situ.Gag refex is preserved.pt Can speak with slurred.Advise to do MRI Brain.Angio not performed due to unaffordability.Kindly suggest Proper diagnosis and Management.at local rural hospital..

C/o Round Swelling and Bleeding from this lesion of tongue since 3 days without pain. O/E Fair oral hygiene,H/o S.S crown with 46 since 12years. No sharp edges or margins over crown. No active bleeding presented on examination. Hemangioma of Tongue? Diff Diagnosis and treatment please.
