Why platelet comedown due to any infection?

a girl child with h / o wheat allergy is now taking wheat without any problems but her ttg test is still positive. my question is whether one should stop her wheat diet.on other diet plans she start losing wt and appetite and her parents give her wheat again .she gains wt and has no other symptoms whatsoever while on wheat

This 18 months girl was brought by her parents, as they were unable to find a pediatrician due to lockdown, with history of fever on and off for which I had investigated and reports are attached. I had prescribed her zifi 5/50 as per weight as well as ibugesic plus as per weight. Now I am thinking to go for a CXR(but she doesnt have any respiratory symptoms) and Urine RM too. As her father over phone told me that she cried and made faces few days back when she was urinating. Kindly tell me about my empirical antibiotic that i started? Is it right? What could i have done better for this case?
