why this type eruption always occur whenever he getting fever Dx??Rx??

Herpes simplex herpes labialis. Hsv1 they remain in the body in nerves inactively for lifelong. Recurrent herpes labialis is due to 1) fever 2) menstruation 3) a high stress event 4)fatigue 5) hormonal changes 6)upper respiratory infections 7)extreme temparature 8)immunosupression Hiv diabetes steroids malugnancy etc.Recurrence is having minor symptoms .Tingling on or near the lips suggest that lesions will appear in one or two days. If infection spreads to eyes or cornea it is dangerous . Recurrent attacks require constant treatment with antivirals. It can spread to other parts of skin.

just apply locally acyclovir ointment. ..lesions disappear when fever subsidies

herpes labialis. Give immunosuppressive therapy with acyclovir to prevent recurrence

Recurrence of herpes simplex blisters due to reactivation of hsv virus .

Herpes labialis- tab- acyclovir 400 mg TDS for 7 days
