Tell the patient to first of all quit the habit. Advice for scaling and then proper cleaning of the mouth. Tab sm fibro for three months and turbocort ointment for one month. Biopsy of the lesion. Surgical excision of the lesion.

Looks like leukoplakia or tobacco pouch keratosis.....start with quitting of the habbit.....an anti oxidant ....kenacort and dologel CT gel for topical application......3-4 times a day .....good luck

Leukoplakia.Look out for regional lymph nodes . Biopsy of the lesion . Wide excision after histopathology. There is no treatment for leukoplakia. Dental consultation for any jagged edges causing constant irritation,
