young male had Koch's pleural effusion lt side in past. drained and received complete AKT. now c/o left sided chest pain since a week. afebrile,apetite normal no more cough. plz comment on serial cxrays.

Symptoms and xray likely suggestive of pleural fibrosis with thickening but in view of recent symptoms get an usg chest to confirm reaccumulation of fluid

Crowding of ribs left. Elevation and tenting left dome. Parallel band of opacity along left costal margin. Thickened pleura left.
