Non healing ulcer over the left ankle of an 65year old male..varicosity present..I have been dressing with megaheal and treated with novoheal and celin and antibiotics ( ciplox , dklox and Augmentin ) for about one month..but I didn't get a satisfactory outcome..please advice me regarding this and suggest me good and faster healing treatment..patient have no other co morbidities
