Dermoid cyst, Limbal as well as at fornix. MRI Orbit should be done to evaluate extent & depth of lesions, shave off limbal dermoid from cornea & sclera taking care not to injure inferior rectus & inferior oblique you may leave some portion of dermoid if it is intermingled with IR or IO cover the defect with conjunctival autograft with Limbal stem cell or amniotic membrane. Dermoid at fornix can be excised if not going deep in orbit & attached to important structure if it can not be excised push it back in to orbit by retraction sutures.

Thanks you sir for giving detailed information . This guy is x ray technician and working in our department . Surly I will do mri and update you . Again thanks

Dermoid cysts including limbal

DERMOLIPOMA NEEDS CT ORBITS TO EXCLUDE UNDERLYING ORBITAL INVOLVEMENT
