Mood disorders
Most people feel sad or irritable from time to time. They may say they're in a bad mood. A mood disorder is different. It affects a person's everyday emotional state. Nearly one in ten people aged 18 and older have mood disorders. These include depression and bipolar disorder (also called manic depression).Mood disorders can increase a person's risk for heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases. Treatments include medication, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. With treatment, most people with mood disorders can lead productive lives.

65 year male , HE IS VERY LEAN ( TOO SKINNY) , VERY LESS MUSCLE MASS+ According to him In this area without trauma, a boil developed then over the past 4 years it developed into this major ulcer. He himself took antibiotics & self dressed everyday ,Because the doctor told to Amputate & said he has very less muscle mass so the GRAFT cannot be used when he went for a consultation 2 years back He didn't went to DR AGAIN because of fear & continued to self medicate. *HYPOTHYROIDISM PATEINT* *NO ANY OTHER COMORBIDITY + * *History* No Burn History No trauma history Not on any other medications *Investigations* KFT LFT - NORMAL HBA1C - 5.6 HB - 11 TSH - 7 (on L- thyrx. 50mcg)
