A 32 year old Male working in private sector came with following complaints since 1 month - 1. bleeding from anus 2. itching and pain around the anus discharge of mucus from the anus loss of bowel control Blood- dark colour Aggravation- eating fatty, spicy food, warm weather, hard stools Amelioration- Burning better by putting cold water on anus Appetite, thirst- normal Desire- Non-veg Aversion- no Thermals- chilly Urine- normal Suggest Rx Doctors
