Signet ring cell adenocarcinoma
A malignant glandular cell containing cytoplasmic mucin. The presence of mucin pushes the nucleus of the cell to the periphery, assuming a configuration resembling a signet ring.

A 30yrs old female with brownish patch appear on face bilateral sides nd forehead since 2yrs, i started rx since 2monthe back cream kojivit ultra at night 3:4, pynomex XT cream at day time, sunscreen spf50, moisturizer,face wash AHA,vit c,patch is resolved, but now 7 days back again patch developed same site...I done inv:-lft Normal, TFT also normal plz sir/mam suggest me a better treatment.nd management
