Suggestive of Sever's disease:- Calcaneal Apophysitis. Ice packs or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs NSAID to relieve the pain. Supportive shoes and inserts that reduce stress on the heel bone. Stretching and strengthening exercises, perhaps with the help of a physical therapy.
Calcaneal Apophysitis ( Sever 's disease ) Most common problem in young children . Cold compression . NSAiD orally. Soft or spongy heel cushion. Multivitamin and antioxidants orally. Physiotherapy . Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan.

Calcaneal apophysitis (Sever's disease) is the most common cause of heel pain in young athletes. It is a painful inflammation of the heel's calcaneal apophysis growth plate, believed to be caused by repetitive microtrauma from the pull of the Achilles tendon on the apophysis.
