Dr Golam Possibly a case of Post KalaAzar Dermal Leishmaniasis(PKDL) It is characterized by hypopigmented patches, a macular or maculopapular rash and nodular skin lesions on the face trunk and limbs.

But how to confirm?... Neither have any organomegally nor any fever or weight loss history. Even RK39 test is negative.
