10 Mo Baby. BLOOD STAINED EYE DISCHARGE. BOTH UPPER & LOWER EYE LIDS LOST THE NORMAL CONFIGURATION. EYE LIDS ARE ELONGATED. Looks like THIS SIS BULBAE. CONGESTION BOTH LIDS. DX : COULD BE INJURY. R/O TUMORS OF THE EYE. SLIT LAMP EXAM MANDATORY & FUNDUS EXAMINATION MANDATORY. RX : ACCORDING THE EVALUATION. I AM AFFRAID IT MAY NOT BE A SIMPLE LESION.

severe acute conjunctivitis. I have seen many such cases. As there is no swelling over lacrimal sac area it is definitely not acute dacryocystitis.

Most probable diagnosis is Dacryocystitis. Management includes: Antibiotic eye ointment, Sac massage 2-3 times(10 strokes each time) per day, Dilation, probing and irrigation, if no improvement after 1-2 months, Dacryocystorhinostomy, if total blockage is there or no improvement with syringing.

Cud b adenoviral conjunctivitis. Look fr preauricular lymphadenopathy. Hw ab d anterior segment

It can be adenoviral conjunctivitis. Nothing else can be deferred from this pic

DD SEVER M.P CONJUCTIVITIS TARSITIS LIGNIUS CONJUCTIVITIS LACRIMAL. GLAND TUMOUR

Well i cannot give any diagnosis upon this image ....any ither images?? But insee bloody discharge and this could be conjunctivitis maybe viral so ..more clear pictures shoul be considered

seems like hemorrhagic viral conjunctivitis....

No fever

Could be membranous (true) or adenoviral conjutivitis if no history of trauma
