11 years old male child Chief Complaints Fever since 3 days Rash all over body Bodyache Itching of eyes History No any major illness Vitals Febrile T - 102 HR -156 RR- 65 BP- 80/40(56) Physical Examination Tachypnea+ Tachycardia+ Conjunctival conjunction + Maculopapular Rash+ Investigations Hb-10 WBC-3000 Plt-70000 CRP-148 CpkMb -11.3 Creat-0.64 Urea- 35 SARS COV IGG antibody - not detected Dengue - Negative Weil Felix- Negative Urine-protein - Trace Pus cell - 6-8 Diagnosis Plz give ur expert opinion Management Oxygen by mask Iv Dopa Inj Vanco Inj Amika Inj combither Inj methylprednisolone Inj histac Tab Doxy 100 Paracetamol sos

MISC. Go for echo cardiography. IVIG. Aspirin should b considered. Continue methylprednisolone. Can go for pulse therapy. If no response at lower dose. High flow humidified oxygen. Go for d dimer start blood thinner.

In X-RAY chest PA view Bilateral PNEUMONITIS, so it is a case of Viral PNEUMONITIS, and rash on body may be Drug reaction, please treat symptomatic
