13 year old boy watering both eyes since year everyday.. DX and Rx and treatment... Limbal dermoid? Sclerosis keratitis? Corneal hypopyon? VKC ?....

It is Sclerosing keratitis Limbal dermoid is rounded appearance raised from surface Corneal hypopyon should be at 6 o clock position in the AC VKC remains on limbus and little bit of cornea Sclerosing keratitis is caused by severe anterior scleritis can be caused by autoimmune diseases or connective tissue diseases

Sclerosing keratitis ... It is caused by severe anterior scleritis that causes inflammation and injury to the adjacent corneal layer. Anterior scleritis can be caused by autoimmune diseases, connective tissue diseases, and infection.
