Severe acne with secondary infection... Treat with Tab Cephalexin 500 mg BD x 5 days, Tab Azithromycin 500 mg OD x 3 days, Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg BD x 5 days, Clindamycin nano gel local application, Aloe vera gel for healing of scars, Cap. Antoxid OD x 10 days, Cap. Vizylac BD x 5 days. Avoid oily stuff, fast food, chocolates... Drink plenty of water, citrus fruits lemon, oranges; Guava, Lichi, Amla... Use oil reducing face wash 2-3 times a day.
Allergic Dermatitis cum supper Bacterial infection.Azithromycin 500 mg od daily in empty stomach. Erythromycin ointment to be applied locally thrice daily. Rapvit cap od daily. Tab Levocetrizin H.S for 2 weeks.
