Normal ECG nd heart rate..She diagnosed as a case of hypothyroidism kindly put her on thyroxine 50mcg OD Nd Alp0.5 mg at night

ECG normal sinus rhythm, T wave inversion in lead V1,2,3 but nonspecific juvenile pattern. CXR PA view hyperinflated lung fields, trachea deviation to left, otherwise seems normal. TSH level is raised. Adv Eltroxin/ Thyrox 75 MCG od bbf.

Ecg is normal. Hr 70/mt.is it freshly detected hypothyroidism tsh 36.has she gained wt. The breathing problem seems to be anxiety related. Any way pl get her 2d echo done. Pl put her on thyroxine 37.5 micrograms od. Some anxiolytics.has she family history of hypothyroidism
