35 yrs old man a shop keeper suffering from this type of skin lesions over ant.abdomem to below umbilicus to groin, posteriorly on buttock & back, with severe itching which increases at night times due to itching skin over affected area become darkened & rough.please explain a case

### 30 years old man has been suffering from such skin lesions since 1 year. Took medicines as shown below in photos and prescription but again the lesions reappeared a few days ago. Itching is present and there's no family history. No history of multiple sex partners. What should be the further management ???

treated case of tenia corporis.. given clotimazole+ terbinafine both locally.. but not able to control.. any oder D/D or treatment option.. can I use systemic griseofulvin or flucanazole..
