Infantile Hemangioma Mixed/ Deep Doppler to rule out organ involvement Usually by 18 to 20 months the hemangioma tends to resolve. The parents can be requested to wait for one more year and observe for resolution
Its haemangioma . Treat with propranol 1 mg/kg/day orally . Look out for side effects like hypoglycaemia and bradycardia . Tropical steroids or intralesional triamacilone can be tried too.
Capillary hemangioma. Initially it increases in size for the 1st few yrs of life then gradually decrease s..Topical timolol n oral propranolol can be tried with cardiac monitoring
Topical timolol Propranolol orally 0.5-1 mg per kg
Cavernous hemangioma
CAVERNOUS HEMANGIOMA local application of bimetropos ERYTHEGO Akumentis 2 times a day will help Invasive modalities to be tried later in life like lasers Spontaneus disappearance is sometimes seen

Dx : CAPILLARY HEMANGIOMA. RX : ORAL PRORONOLOL X 4 TO 6 MONTHS. MONITOR B.P. & BSL.
