A male patient aged 28yrs , C/o irritation and redness and drying of skin in between the thigh region from past 2months . No h/o fever, or any past allergies . Was prescribed clotrimazole powder and a course of antibiotics 1 month back. But patient c/o of no reduction in symptoms

Candidial induced rash... Generally occurs due to collection of sweat and improper hygiene.. Betnovate gm cream 4 times per day... And advice to clear area with povidone-iodine lotion or clean with the help of gentian violet
