20y male skin eruption suffering from 7_8y please diagnosed and treatment.

Acne vulgaris Levocet 5 mg BD Pcm+ibu BD. Multi vitamin and antioxidants orally. Clean area with diluted betadin lotion and apply calamine lotion then clindamycine and Adaplene gel locally. Maintain nutrition hydration and hygiene. Moisturizing cream locally to rehydrate skin. Avoid oily and spicy food. Clean face regularly and frequently with water and keto saop and dry with tissue paper. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit and plenty of liquid daily.
