23yrs,M, c/o itchy scaly lesions over upper extremities and back of chest for last 3wks, Pt was already treated by Permethrin, but there is no improvement, DX Please.

Pityriasis rosea Levocet 5mg bd. Multivitamins and antioxidants orally. Tapering dose of steroid may be helpful. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply calamine lotion than salicylic acid+ urea combination cream locally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Maintain nutrition hydration and hygiene.
