50year old male with bilateral axillary abscess? treatment pls and wat r the possibilities to keep in mind

Young female having this type of lesions in the axilla bilaterely with of and on fever.No cough weight loss or appetite loss.As per patient it started as nodular lesions that ulcerated later.Kindly opine.What could be the d/d.Thanks.
