35 year old female inserted a plastic device into her vagina to satisfy her sexual feelings. This plastic device escaped into the vagina 3 days back and couldn't be taken out by the patient inspite of her attempts to remove it. When i examined her,the edge of the plastic device was abutting against the lateral vaginal wall and couldn't be removed.So under G/A it was removed.
