Interesting case... Young female with complains of swelling in bilateral axilla since 3 months.. not associate with pain.. no increased temperature no tenderness mobile palpable swelling, soft to firm in consistency.. Differential diagnosis???

A 32 year old female presented to OPD with complaints of excessive itching over whole body which starts with and end like this rash over several parts of the body She also has a swelling over left arm pit area which is increasing in size progressively without any discharge so far *Investigations* Asked to get a CBC, LFT, KFT *Management* Kindly give your valuable opinion on this case regarding line of management? So far I have advised - Cefuroxime 500 BD Azithromycin 500 OD Momate F twice daily Hydroxyzine 25mg TDS Signoflam BD

15 years old female presented with history of gradual onset of swelling in right axilla for last lations6-8 months. Soft cystic swelling right axilla with lobulations.. Planning for usg FNAC and surgery accordingly. Looks like lipoma / cyst. Suggestions please
