27 yes old lady with swelling in the rt axilla after child birth.No h/o any other disease in the past or present. Diagnosis please.

DD Hypertrophic accessary breast tissue / axillary tail of breast , hypertrophic due to hormones during lactation Lipoma

Galactocele/Fibroadenoma/ axillary lymphadenopathy or lymphadenitis /lymphoma/ lipoma/ malignancy may cause swelling in rt axilla Mammography to be done Lymph node biopsy to be done Antibiotic and antiinflammatories to start

Lipoma / Galactocele Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and treatment plan. Till reports complied Antibiotics orally. Analgesic antiinflammatory orally. Local support. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally

It can start from a benign inflammed tail of spence , lymphadenopathy to malignancy... Y after childbirth... any lactational abscess? Fever? Y not a FNAC?

No fever or abscess.
