28/f such eruption on vulva and lips burning sensation with pain.. since 1 wk hiding history of unprotected sexual contact with another partner as she is married. husband do not suffer with similar complaints.. I'm thinking it to be 1. genital herpes 2. syphilis.. please share ur expert opinions on the case

More likely herpes progenalis by unprotected sex as well as oral sex It is HPV R/o HIV1&2 Treat for herpes Tab acyclovir 800mg 5times a day for 7days and tapper off gradually and keep on maintenance dose for couple of months Tab azithromycin500mg 1od Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd Locally acyclovir oint 5times a day Keep followup

Marked ulceration. Send blood for HIV & VDRL It can be Herpes Genitalis So tt with local application of Acyclovir gel Oral Acyclovir 200 mg 5 times in aday Build up immunity with Antioxidants Tab Levocetrizine 1 od Once y get the reports put her on Specific tt Clindamycin 300 mg bd for 5 days
