A boy aged 1 1/2 year complaints of red eyes and itching since 4-5 days... I KUL they have taken over the counter and started... Can someone tell me weather we can give ointment or eye drops? how to treat it?

37 y/o male who refers work and stay most of the time on the street, presents rhinitis, conjunctival hyperemia in both eyes but there is pain and light sensitivity also white-green discharge in the right eye which could be the Dx and Tx to follow? ophthalmologists pls help

I am suffering from the above eye condition for 5 days, tried ciprofloxacin, moxiflox, now on gati and toba drops, can u suggest the diagnosis, treatment., pain and transparent sticky discharge +.

Patient presents with a 6-day history of watery, irritated eyes noted that the left eye was tearing, slightly blurry, and starting to get red throughout prior to presentation. The eye gradually became increasingly red and irritated over the 2 days and the patient noted increased crusting in the mornings. mild "scratchy" sensation noted. can we discuss this case? Not my case.
