SCROTAL DERMATITIS...

28 years male complaining itching burning on scrotum since 1 week. Past history of Same Illness 2 years back. Recurrence present. What is the diagnosis? Treatment?

Itching and burning with excoriations more favour to SCROTAL DERMATITIS. And history of different ointments to produce this picture. TREATMENT: 1) Stop all topical applications. 2) Cap Amoxyclov Bd for 7 days. 3) Tab fexofenadine 180 mg daily night. 4) momentasome with fusidate cream application. 5) Dip that part into lukewarm water with added salt and KMno4.

Scrotal dermatitis with excorition probably with atopic diathesis with lichenification. Use no soap WASH avoid all kind of antiseptic over there. Apply liberal amount of moisturizer Fluticasone cream twice a day for a short period. Tab Antihistamicic. Short course of antibiotic may be given.

Probably Dry Skin. Avoid soap and apply Moisturizer.

Sebaceous cysts Give Antifungal + antihistamine If cyst is large expiration should be done

Infected contact dermatitis due to synthetic undergarments n perspiration. Tt. Locally corticosteroid wid antiseptic oint. N orally antibiotic n cetrizine

Steatocystoma Multiplex of the Scrotum

Most likely It is acase of contact dermatitis due to tight under wear.local application of steroids and oral antihistamines will help.
